I’m permanently out of SNES North American cartridges, but I do still have a few European cartridges. They look different, but they will technically fit and work in a North American console.

I just wanted to leave a comment to confirm the digital download file will load on a SNES with a SD2SNES cartrige.
I have only played for 2 minutes but the graphics on a CRT television through the SNES look very sharp!
